The Sweetest 25th Anniversary Present Ever
It’s NOT only because I was the artist lucky enough to be commissioned to produce it !! When I got the call from David in Michigan, my husband and I had just celebrated our own 25th anniversary. He described his idea to give his beloved wife paintings of each of the 3 homes they had lived in for their 25 years together. He provided photos of each house and, interestingly enough, the houses were all shot in different seasons. Their first and most modest home is seen blanketed in a snowfall. The second house shows foliage in bloom. The home they currently live in is pictured in autumn’s peak colors. Not a bad metaphor for their own journey together.
